✅ Eligibility for Return

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original bill/invoice

🔁 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved items
• Discounted or clearance products
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

🔄 Exchange

• One-time size exchange available (if applicable) within 7 days of purchase.
• Subject to stock availability.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
• Please use a trackable courier service for all returns.
