Is account creation compulsory?

For making a purchase, account creation is not compulsory. However with an account buyers can check their order history, past purchases, and wishlists. Buyers can manage their shipping and billing addresses and edit their passwords and account details. If after account creation you forget the password, don't worry just click on Forgot Password Tab on the sign-in page and create a new password.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark "Urgent" in your email or on your WhatsApp message, we will try our best get back to you ASAP.

What type of payment methods are available?

We accepts all types of Debit and Credit Cards, Online Bank transfers, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe and Cash On Delivery. If however, buyers face any problem with these payment methods, mail us at moreepork@gmail.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I send gifts to my loved ones?

Yes! You can order our product for gifting purposes as well. The product will get delivered on provided address. Also we can make your purchase even more memorable by engraving personal messages, initials, special dates etc.

Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications to it. This includes changes to the product, quantity, shipping address, or payment method. We advise double-checking your order details before completing the purchase.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund in the form of store credit.
